Tell us about your family, your children, their strengths
I'm married to the love of my life for thirty years. We've laughed together, cried together and have grown together. Greg is a special education teacher for 30 years and since you do a job like that because you are compelled to make a difference for children and not for the money, he founded his own company about 15 years ago Diversified Cleaning and Maintenance. My Wiring is D/I, Greg is S/C...totally opposite and yes opposites do attract!

We've been blessed with our amazing daughter Melissa whom we take joy in watching as she reaches her purpose. She has a heart for God and for hurting people and so we open up our home and hearts. Melissa's wired as a D/C/S. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree in social work and then plans to work on her MSW. No doubt in our minds that people’s lives will be richer and better because of Melissa.

I have taken my 25+years of successful global corporate team building and 2 decades of DISC behavior experience and created an amazing program for parents to discover the strengths already planted within their child to help position children on the 'success track' a little sooner.

Why make them spend a lifetime figuring out their strengths when we can provide them an edge!

There are some wonderful additional benefits too.

Parents discover each child's

> greatest need
> motivations
> optimal learning environment
> how to tell if our child is under pressure

and most important

> how to stay in the sweet spot of functional connection with our children!

That is what My Wired Style is all about!

We're grateful for the friends and mentors God has placed in our lives along the way and the opportunities to bless others that await us each day.

Is This Your Child?

Meet Daniel..

He is always busy at something. He likes to lead, some might say he's a little bossy!
He makes decisions quickly and is not easily discouraged.
He is competitive and has a need for control.

Daniel is one of the 4 characters in our soon to be launched book The Disovery Adv… Continue

Hi Deb

Thanks for the ebook. I look forward to using the interesting ideas in the book - I am always on the lookout for new ideas for fun with my son. My son has just started school this year and is just getting into (English) football but also has a fascination with using my laptop!

Kind Regards

Simon

Thanks for your comments and your note Deb. My weeks are certainly interesting and fit right in with my high I low S style. I will check out the materials and look forward to participating in the community discussions. I will pass this community on to my Mom who has been working with DISC for the past 15 or 20 years in her business as well. She is also a psychologist and loves to share her experiences with these tools. Have a good day! Sean

Hi Deb! Thanks for the ebook and the welcome. You have so much to offer people. I wish I knew about you when my kids were little.

I absolutely love Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. Townsend. I was excited to see their videos on your site. They are a great resource!

Blessings and Success!

Thank you so much Deb. I do have two kids, a nine and a seven year old girls; so this is just what I need! It's perfect timing, because we're having challenges with the oldest being able to focus. I'm excited to learn more. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome... I am excited for Andrew and also for my wedding... But for now I am staying focused on his ACT test scores, gaining all the knowledge on financial aid, comparing schools, etc for him.

At the same time am working to build my business with Mary Kay and being there for anyone interested in the products, learning skin care, and giving information on anyone wanting to be a consultant like me.

The wedding planning is going very well, we have saved alot of money by doing things on my own. I also found a discounted bridal gown and even with the few alterations I only spent $400. I am not cheap, just thrifty...lol

Have a great day!!!

dear Deb, thanks a lot for your welcome message! Sure my son is already an adult but I guess it's never too late to learn more about our strengths. One day I will have grandchildren and I have to be prepared (smile).
In the meantime I will forward your ebook to other persons with younger children, they will enjoy it!
Have a nice weekend and take care. Verena
